Extracellular Vesicle Technology
Extracellular vesicles are nano-sized vesicles secreted by cells, with natural targeting and drug delivery capabilities. Their therapeutic mechanisms include regulating cell behavior and transmitting signals by carrying bioactive molecules (such as proteins and nucleic acids), thereby affecting the occurrence and development of diseases. Meanwhile, exosomes can be used as drug delivery carriers to load chemotherapeutic drugs, nucleic acid drugs, etc., to achieve targeted delivery. At present, extracellular vesicles have shown great therapeutic potential in the medical field.
